Job Description

We seek a meticulous Police Identification and Records Officer to manage evidence from crime scenes. You will document findings, prepare reports, and testify in court as an expert witness, contributing significantly to our criminal justice efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed crime scene investigations.
  • Take photographs and measurements of the crime scene.
  • Create sketches and diagrams for documentation.
  • Interview witnesses and gather relevant information.
  • Collaborate with forensic scientists to analyze evidence.
  • Prepare expert testimony and presentations for court.

  • Participate in inter-agency meetings to enhance investigative strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher degree in Forensic Science or Criminal Justice is preferred
