Responsibilities
Receive and document emergency calls in a calm manner.
Quickly gather information regarding the emergency situation.
Evaluate the level of urgency and escalate as necessary.
Ensure timely dispatch of emergency services based on protocols.
Keep communication open with responders for updates.
Provide guidance to callers to assist them until help arrives.
Record incident details accurately in real-time.
Manage high-pressure scenarios effectively.

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Experience
Prior experience in emergency telecommunications or a related field is highly preferred.
