Job Description

We are seeking a Military Officer specializing in Tactical Operations to lead unmanned aerial vehicle initiatives. This role involves critical decision-making, hands-on operation, and continuous mission assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical aspects of TUAV systems to ensure they meet operational readiness.
• Develop comprehensive reports based on mission outcomes and data analysis.
• Engage in continuous training and development of operational skills for TUAV systems.
• Act as a liaison between the military and technology teams for effective implementation of UAV solutions.
• Assist in field operations and tactical planning for live missions.
• Create and administer standard operating procedures (SOPs) for UAV operations.
• Evaluate the integration of new technologies into current operational frameworks.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Aviation, or related field
• Military experience is an advantage

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in UAV systems operations

Certifications

• UAV Maintenance Technician Certification
• Ground Control Station (GCS) certification

Languages

• Knowledge of mission planning software: Familiarity with tools for mission planning and operational strategy.
