Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee and coordinate various clinical research projects. You will work closely with research teams and regulatory agencies to ensure that all studies are conducted ethically and comply with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of clinical research studies, including informed consent documents and case report forms.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication during studies.
• Review study data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain regulatory files and oversee audit readiness.
• Facilitate patient recruitment and engagement throughout the study lifecycle.
• Liaise with sponsors and regulatory authorities on study requirements.
• Implement best practices for clinical trial management.
• Conduct site visits to monitor clinical activities and compliance.
• Assist with budget preparation and tracking.
• Participate in the ongoing development of clinical research processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. health sciences, life sciences)
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of clinical research experience

Technical Skills

• Experience with electronic data capture systems
• Statistical analysis software proficiency

Soft Skills

• Organizational skills
• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent
