Job Description

As an Artillery and Missile Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of essential fire control systems. This position requires both technical proficiency and a commitment to safety. Ideal candidates will have experience in fire control systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the inspection and upkeep of essential fire control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems and sprinkler systems promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations.
  • Commission new fire control systems, leading installations to ensure functionality.
  • Train building occupants on fire safety procedures and the usage of fire equipment.
  • Document all maintenance and inspection activities accurately for auditing purposes.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to enhance fire system operations.
  • Engage in safety drills and refine emergency response capabilities.
  • Keep abreast of industry advancements and integrate new methodologies where applicable.
  • Assist in emergency response planning and execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate IV in Fire Protection
Experience
