Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive and skilled First-Line Supervisor of Weapons Specialists/Crew Members. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operations of armored vehicle units, ensuring they maintain high standards of performance and readiness. You will lead a team of specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage armored vehicle operations, ensuring top-notch performance.
  • Train junior staff and supervise their day-to-day activities.
  • Oversee maintenance and readiness checks for all equipment.
  • Formulate strategies for tactical deployments and missions.
  • Compile reports detailing operational activities and results.
  • Collaborate with other military branches for effective operations.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and operational protocols.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for personnel.
  • Encourage teamwork and foster a positive work environment.
  • Address any issues promptly to maintain unit morale and efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Military Science or related field
  • Completion of advanced tactical training is preferred
Experience
  • At least 8 years in military operations with leadership experience.
