Job Description

The Computer User Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues related to a variety of software and hardware products. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively troubleshoot problems and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical difficulties.
  • Manage and resolve service requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Document interactions in the ticketing system to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Assist in the development and dissemination of user guides and tutorials.
  • Engage with team members to share knowledge and improve overall service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and customer service skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field
Experience
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience preferred
