Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Self-Enrichment Teachers to share their passion for snowboarding with students of all skill levels. This role involves not only instructing snowboarding techniques but also fostering a love for the sport and building confidence in students. Your guidance will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring safety on the slopes.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in snowboarding skills, focusing on smooth transitions and developing their confidence.
• Design lesson plans that adapt to the needs of individual students and groups.
• Maintain a clean and organized teaching area, ensuring all gear is functional.
• Provide guidance on equipment choices and snowboarding techniques.
• Encourage a sense of community among students and promote teamwork.
• Stay informed on new teaching strategies and incorporate them into lessons.
• Represent the resort in a positive light to guest customers.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Snowboard Instruction from a recognized body
• Advanced Snowboarding Qualifications (if applicable)

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a teaching role, preferably in winter sports
