Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines to produce quality seams in garments.
• Perform machine set-up and adjustments for various fabric types.
• Inspect and verify the integrity of seams throughout the production process.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with team to streamline production workflow.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions to management.
• Assist in training new staff on equipment operation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain records of production and machine performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in an industrial sewing environment is preferred.

• Overlocking and Flatlock Stitching

Languages

• English: Fluent
