We're on the lookout for a talented AC Window Unit Installer to join our growing Melbourne-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning window units for both residential and commercial clients. As part of our dynamic team, you'll ensure our customers enjoy comfortable environments while adhering to safety standards. A strong technical background, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellent service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of installation sites to determine unit specifications.
• Install air conditioning units while ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
• Resolve any issues during installation promptly to maintain service quality.
• Document work processes and report any discrepancies in installation procedures.
• Work with suppliers to procure necessary equipment and materials efficiently.
• Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction with installation services.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow up with clients post-installation to gather feedback and provide additional support.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Certificate IV in HVAC is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in window unit installations
