Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Public Address Servicer to maintain and service our public address systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality audio output and will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of public address systems.
• Provide excellent customer support and technical assistance.
• Conduct on-site surveys to assess system needs.
• Prepare and submit detailed project documentation and reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
• Collaborate with the installation team for seamless service delivery.
• Train colleagues and customers on system functionalities.
• Promote adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in audio visual systems are preferred.

Experience

• Experience with large-scale public address systems is an advantage.
