Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Opener Tender to play a vital role within our team. As an Opener Tender, you will manage and oversee the opening of tenders for our organization, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and efficient. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing tender documents, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements. Ideal candidates will have a firm understanding of tendering processes and exhibit exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure the accuracy of tender documentations.
  • Collaborate with various departments for information gathering.
  • Establish guidelines for tender document preparation.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of the tender opening process.
  • Monitor and report on tender compliance and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders for tender responses.
  • Assist in the evaluation of incoming tenders against requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks during the tender process.
  • Support the team in strategic planning for upcoming tenders.
  • Organize pre-tender briefings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all tender documentation is complete and accurate.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in procurement (desirable)
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in tender management.

Languages
