Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Utilise user research findings to inform design decisions.
• Create and iterate on design documentation, including user flows and guidelines.
• Participate in sprint planning and estimation meetings.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
• Conduct A/B testing for design solutions and incorporate findings into future designs.
• Adapt designs based on user feedback and usability data.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
