Balance Assembler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Balance Assembler to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and repairing balance equipment used across various industries. You will maintain accurate records and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.

Responsibilities

• Assemble balance devices using hand tools and power tools.
• Test the functionality of assembled units and troubleshoot issues.
• Create and update technical documents related to assembly procedures.
• Coordinate with the quality control team for inspection processes.
• Train new staff on assembly and testing protocols.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards in all operations.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering
• Completion of a relevant apprenticeship

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in assembling and testing balance equipment

Technical Skills

• Electronics Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with electronics and electrical systems: Knowledge in handling and troubleshooting electronic components.
