Job Description

As an Experience Strategist, you will spearhead the development and execution of customer experience strategies, ensuring a seamless journey across various touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions that resonate with our clients' customers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience, marketing, or related field
