We are seeking a dedicated Recycling Coordinator to lead our waste reduction initiatives. This role requires close cooperation with various departments to develop effective strategies, conduct audits, and educate staff on best practices. Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to promote a culture of sustainability within the organisation.
• Facilitate workshops to engage employees in waste reduction efforts.
• Conduct assessments on current waste management processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance recycling and waste stream management.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of waste reduction initiatives.
• Assist in the development of sustainability reports for stakeholders.
• Engage with community groups to foster partnerships for waste reduction programs.
• Implement tracking systems to measure waste reduction progress.
• Advocate for sustainable practices in all areas of the organisation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies or similar field
• Postgraduate qualification in Sustainability is highly desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in waste management
