Responsibilities

• Safely operate the desizing machines during the production process.
• Continuously monitor machine functions and fabric quality.
• Inspect textiles for any inconsistencies or defects.
• Keep accurate records of production output and machine use.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily production targets.
• Follow all safety guidelines associated with machinery operation.
• Quickly troubleshoot and rectify machinery issues.
• Ensure all produced fabrics meet established quality benchmarks.
• Train and mentor junior staff in machinery operation.

Requirements

Education

• On-the-job training provided.

Experience

• Previous experience preferred but not mandatory.

Languages

• English: Fluent
