Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, estimates, and project specifications.
• Provide pricing support for the sales team during client negotiations.
• Utilize estimating software to streamline the estimation process.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to clarify project details.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance with specifications and pricing.
• Prepare reports on estimated costs and project budgets for management review.
• Train junior estimators in best practices and software use.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience estimating commercial roofing projects.
