Seeking an experienced Laborer adept at operating heavy rollers for soil and asphalt compaction. Candidates should prioritize safety and possess strong teamwork skills to ensure project efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run heavy machinery, particularly wheel rollers, for construction compaction work.
• Check and maintain fluid levels, filters, and general machine upkeep.
• Document work hours, progress, and any incidents on-site.
• Engage in teamwork with others to fulfill project goals efficiently.
• Report any equipment issues to supervisors immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a construction environment with heavy machinery operation.
