Construction Laborers

Job Description

We are currently looking for dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team. As a laborer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining snow fences in order to ensure safety and prevent snow drifts on roads and pathways.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and taking down snow fencing materials during seasonal changes.
• Performing site clean-up and maintenance post-installation.
• Assisting in the training of new team members on safety and installation practices.
• Participating in regular safety and project meetings to stay informed.
• Maintaining a high level of physical fitness to meet job demands.
• Adapting to changing conditions and work environments as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in construction or outdoor labor

Technical Skills

• Basic hand tools
• Heavy machinery

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Teamwork
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Construction Induction Certificate (White Card)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First aid certification: First aid training or certification would be an advantage.
• Safety training certification: Previous safety training or certifications are preferred.
