Job Description

Join us as a Construction Manager where you will lead and manage key construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute detailed project scheduling to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Solve emerging issues and conflicts between contractors and clients effectively.
  • Review and approve project plans, change orders, and contractual agreements.
  • Develop and mentor project personnel, providing guidance and support as necessary.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to document learnings and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
