Job Description

We are seeking skilled Terrazzo Workers and Finishers to contribute to our construction projects. The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of concrete-related duties, including pouring, smoothing, and finishing surfaces to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans and blueprints for concrete works.
• Finish concrete surfaces using the appropriate tools and techniques.
• Monitor curing processes and ensure proper finishing techniques are applied.
• Assist in the set-up and dismantling of forms for concrete placement.
• Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in concrete finishing.

Technical Skills

• Equipment Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Supervisory Experience: Ability to supervise apprentices and junior workers.
