Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Gang Supervisor to lead our construction team in various projects. A successful candidate will oversee daily operations, monitor work quality, and ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to, driving our projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of construction workers, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
  • Conduct daily team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and safety measures.
  • Implement quality control processes and maintain high work standards.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to optimize workflow and address issues.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Ensure that all safety and compliance measures are followed rigorously.
  • Prepare reports on team productivity and project progress for management.
  • Coordinate logistics for materials and equipment deliveries.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and problem-solving on job sites.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and open communication among team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years in a supervisory role within construction projects

  • Confined Space Entry Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
