Job Description

The Weatherization Installer and Technician role involves performing energy assessments, installing weatherization measures, and providing exceptional customer service. As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the energy efficiency of residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct energy assessments and recommend appropriate weatherization measures.
• Install insulation and weatherization solutions to enhance energy efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all installation and repair work.
• Work collaboratively with clients and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimum performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide expert advice on energy usage and savings.
• Document all service reports and work orders in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in weatherization, HVAC, or a related field
