Job Description

We're seeking dedicated Pass Workers to join our team, responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining vital infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience and a strong ability to work collaboratively on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to effectively manage work schedules and strategies.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance and repair tasks.
• Assist in training junior staff and providing mentorship.
• Perform routine checks on machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Participate in planning and preparing for upcoming infrastructure projects.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in a relevant field

Technical Skills

• Machine Operation
• Technical Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Valid Driver's License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in relevant machinery/equipment operation: Certified to operate heavy machinery used in road maintenance.
• Additional trade qualifications: Qualifications in carpentry or plumbing can be an advantage.
