Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Cementer to join our team. As a Machine Cementer, your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain cementing machines for various construction projects. You will ensure the efficient operation of the machines and produce high-quality cemented products. This role demands attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to troubleshoot any machine issues that may arise. You will also collaborate closely with other team members, ensuring that the construction operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cementing equipment during construction activities.
• Perform quality checks on cement mixtures before application.
• Work with the team to coordinate the cementing process effectively.
• Provide training and guidance to new staff on machine operation.
• Keep accurate records of production data and machine maintenance.
• Report any machinery faults or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in the development of safety protocols and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with other trades to ensure collaborative efforts.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to safe work practices.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
