As an Apartment Property Manager, you will be the backbone of our apartment complexes in Melbourne. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage tenant relationships, and ensure maintenance standards are upheld. Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant screenings and lease preparations.
• Manage rent collection and financial operations.
• Supervise maintenance staff and handle repairs.

• Conduct inspections and uphold property quality.
• Develop budgets and manage financial plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management

• Property Management Certification (advantageous)

Languages
