Job Description

As a Take-Off Worker, you will play a crucial role in preparing detailed material lists derived from architectural and engineering plans. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all project requirements are met accurately and efficiently, requiring strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering plans to accurately assess material needs.
• Prepare detailed lists of construction materials for various projects.
• Work alongside project managers to confirm material availability and delivery schedules.
• Update suppliers on any changes in requirements and manage communication efficiently.
• Regularly audit inventory to prevent shortages or delays in project execution.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to refine processes and improve accuracy of materials lists.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Building and Construction

Experience

• Experience in preparing material lists for construction projects is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modelling (BIM)
• Construction Estimating Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Languages

• English: Fluent
