Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of the construction team.
• Ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time.
• Monitor and control project schedules and costs.
• Verify completion of inspections and obtain necessary permits.
• Educate and enforce safety practices on-site.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
• Implement best practices for project management.
• Manage project closeout and handover processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Further qualifications in management is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years in construction project management

• Construction Law

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages
