We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hardwood floor installation and maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and calculate materials needed for flooring projects.
• Expertly install hardwood flooring and baseboards for clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Document changes and updates during the installation process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in inventory management for materials and tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new installation techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in hardwood floor installation or equivalent experience
• Completion of an apprenticeship program in carpentry is preferred

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in hardwood floor installation required.
