Job Description

The Non-Profit Program Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and implementing community programmes that enhance social welfare in Mount Gambier. This position involves overseeing project planning, execution, and evaluation to ensure effective delivery of initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, coupled with a passion for community service.

Responsibilities

• Assess community needs and identify potential areas for intervention.
• Establish programme KPIs and track performance against them.
• Report on programme outcomes to stakeholders.
• Identify funding opportunities and assist with grant applications.
• Ensure inclusive participation across diverse community groups.
• Promote a culture of transparency and accountability within programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Non-Profit Management or similar is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years' experience in a managerial role within the non-profit sector
