As an Application Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our clients' applications. In this hands-on position, you'll troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions that enhance user experience. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of application support processes and a knack for resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve application support tickets effectively.
• Monitor system alerts and respond proactively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application functionality.
• Document all interactions and solutions provided in the support ticketing system.
• Assist in the rollout of application updates and new features.
• Provide on-call support as needed.
• Generate reports on application performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support with a focus on applications
