Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and implement BIM projects from conception to completion, working closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery and high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, code, and maintain BIM software applications.
  • Analyze project workflows and suggest improvements through BIM tools.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members regarding BIM processes.
  • Create and deliver presentations on BIM advancements and project statuses.
  • Manage documentation related to BIM projects and workflows.
  • Develop and oversee training programs for new hires regarding BIM software.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to refine BIM processes continuously.
  • Support the integration of new technologies with existing BIM applications.
  • Participate in industry conferences and workshops to represent the company.
  • Advocate for best practices in BIM utilization across the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in BIM implementation and management
