Job Description

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in the upkeep and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will include routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective maintenance strategies to reduce equipment downtime. We are seeking candidates with a strong technical background and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical testing and diagnostics on various equipment.
  • Maintain electrical safety standards throughout operations.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding maintenance issues.
  • Assist in the installation of new electrical systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support training programs for apprentices.
  • Work with suppliers for timely procurement of electrical components.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to safety.
  • Support the development of project plans and timelines.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology or equivalent
Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance in industrial settings or similar environments.
