Job Description

We are seeking a Packaging Specialist to design and develop efficient packaging solutions for our products. The successful candidate will work closely with our production team to ensure compliance with quality standards while being mindful of cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging prototypes and oversee the production of packaging materials.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that packaging meets company branding and quality specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing on packaging designs that align with product promotions.
• Manage the documentation and reporting of packaging development projects.
• Train and support team members on new packaging processes and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Packaging Science, or equivalent

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in packaging development

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of sustainable materials

Languages

• English: Fluent
