Job Description

As the Youth and Family Director, you will oversee all aspects of our youth and family programs, ensuring they align with our organisational mission. You will lead a passionate team, create impactful initiatives, and connect with the community to foster support and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of youth and family programs.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on best practices.
  • Create comprehensive training resources for staff and volunteers.
  • Engage in community forums to gather feedback and tailor services.
  • Monitor industry trends and adapt programs to meet emerging needs.
  • Develop strong public relations strategies to enhance visibility and support.
  • Establish metrics for success and regularly review performance.
  • Encourage family and youth participation in program design and delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Community Services
  • Qualifications in Mental Health or Education preferred

  • 5+ years of experience managing community programs
