Air Traffic Controller

Job Description

As an Air Traffic Controller, you will ensure the safe and efficient movement of aircraft in our airspace. You will work in a high-pressure environment, monitoring and directing air traffic to prevent collisions and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with pilots using radio equipment.
• Ensure timely issuance of flight clearances and instructions.
• Participate in training and development programs as required.
• Collaborate with the aviation team to improve procedures and processes.
• Conduct regular safety checks on communication and tracking systems.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of an accredited Air Traffic Control training program
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Air Traffic Controller
