We are on the lookout for an experienced Paving Crew Member. This role involves hands-on work in paving projects, from installation to maintenance, focusing on precision and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project site preparation and setup.
• Laying and leveling pavers according to specifications.
• Operating paving machinery effectively and safely.
• Conducting routine checks on equipment functionality.
• Monitoring quality control to meet project standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
• Providing support to other team members during projects.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in paving or a related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in paving or construction

Technical Skills

• Concrete mixing
• Asphalt application

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Effective communication

Certifications

• Heavy Machinery Operation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
