Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for providing specialized dental care for children and adolescents. As a Pediatric Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental issues, ensuring the oral health and overall well-being of young patients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough dental check-ups, identifying potential issues early.
  • Administer anaesthesia and perform surgical procedures as needed.
  • Create tailored treatment plans for each young patient based on individual needs.
  • Assess and address dental anxieties in children to provide a comfortable experience.
  • Engage with parents to explain treatment options and oral health strategies.
  • Implement preventive care strategies such as fluoride varnish or sealants.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to educate families about dental health.
  • Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams for patients with special needs.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD)
  • Completion of a recognized Pediatric Dentistry specialty program
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Pediatric Dentist
