Job Description

We are looking for a committed Groundman to join our team, responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of electrical power systems. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong physical capabilities and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Support linemen in their daily tasks related to electrical power systems.
• Prepare work sites before installations, ensuring safety and organisation.
• Handle tools and equipment with care while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Participate in team training sessions to improve skills and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job status.
• Ensure work areas are clean and well-maintained after completing tasks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• First Aid Certificate preferred.

Experience

• Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is beneficial.

Technical Skills

• Heavy Machinery Operation
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Traffic Control Certificate
• Machine Operator License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience Operating Heavy Machinery: Hands-on experience with operating heavy landscaping equipment.
