As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the design, creation, and production of high-quality slippers. This position demands a high level of creativity and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Drive the production line to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Implement new techniques to enhance product design and functionality.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions for product development.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers for raw materials.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in fashion design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in footwear manufacturing preferred.
