We are on the lookout for an Industrial Engineer to join our vibrant team in Ballarat. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving processes. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analysing, and enhancing systems and processes to boost productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Map out current processes and evaluate effectiveness.
• Create efficient operational workflows to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and equipment.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Gather and analyse data to report on operational performance.
• Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions on new processes and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or production environments

Certifications

• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
