Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Power-Line Installer and Repairer to maintain and restore critical power-line infrastructure. In this role, you will respond to emergencies, conduct assessments, and implement repairs while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical power lines in line with safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical infrastructure.
• Work collaboratively with emergency response teams to restore power during crises.
• Implement preventative measures to enhance system reliability.
• Document all repair and installation work performed.
• Oversee safe operation of heavy machinery and tools during repair activities.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.
• Participate in community outreach programs to educate about electrical safety.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment usage.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Electrical Engineering
• Additional certifications in emergency management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in emergency response and power restoration
