You'll be responsible for creating detailed architectural plans, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities

  • Translate client requirements into practical architectural solutions.
  • Oversee compliance with zoning laws and other government regulations.
  • Develop documentation for planning approvals and permits.
  • Collaborate with local authorities to secure necessary approvals.
  • Facilitate project handover to construction teams efficiently.
  • Ensure all designs meet safety and accessibility standards.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project successes and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in public consultations to gather community feedback.
  • Adapt designs based on stakeholder feedback and evolving trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Architecture or Project Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within architecture
