Job Description

As a Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the production process. Your role is critical in ensuring that all materials are processed according to specifications while meeting production targets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machinery for production runs by setting up blade alignments.
• Inspect raw materials before processing to ensure quality standards.
• Assist in the training and development of junior operators.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Implement best practices for machine operation and safety.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the production workspace.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in a relevant field

Experience

• Experience in the manufacturing/production industry preferred
