As a Cutter Operator Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting the Cutter Operator with various tasks involved in the production process. Responsibilities

• Support the Cutter Operator with machine setups and adjustments.
• Monitor the cutting process and report any discrepancies.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Assist with inventory management of materials.
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety standards.
• Help train and mentor new employees in production processes.
• Report any maintenance needs to the Production Manager.
• Keep the work area organized and free of hazards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow and efficiency.
• Assist with any other duties as required in the production line.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Manufacturing or similar qualification

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
