Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team in Gold Coast. In this role, you'll provide top-tier technical support, assisting clients with hardware and software issues, and ensuring systems are running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining equipment, and providing guidance to users.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and queries.
  • Assist in developing training materials for staff.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technology tools.
  • Conduct hardware and software installations and upgrades.
  • Support remote access technologies and mobile devices.
  • Document technical processes for future reference.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in IT Support or related
  • Relevant University degree is beneficial.
Experience
  • 2+ years in technical support role
