Responsibilities

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality.
• Manage medication therapy to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient medications and health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Assist with inventory management and medication ordering.
• Provide health screenings and immunizations as required.
• Educate patients on health and wellness topics.
• Comply with all pharmacy regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor in Pharmacy or equivalent

Experience

• At least 3 years of practicing as a pharmacist

Languages
