Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining shoe manufacturing machines, ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to quality standards. You will play a crucial role in the creation of high-quality footwear, collaborating closely with the production team to meet deadlines and design specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support quality control measures during production runs.
• Troubleshoot any machinery problems, reducing production delays.
• Assist in inventory checks for materials and machine parts.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualifications in manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a production environment, especially in footwear or textile manufacturing.

Technical Skills

• Machine maintenance
• Data entry for production tracking

Languages

• English: Fluent
