We are seeking a skilled Fishing Accessories Maker to design and produce high-quality fishing tools and accessories such as rods, reels, and lures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fishing equipment, along with a creative flair for product design.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the design team to conceptualize new fishing accessories.
• Perform quality checks during production to maintain product integrity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production process.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials for newly launched products.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

Experience

• Experience working with fishing accessories or tools is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
